Tchekist spies all along?

In retrospect, it seems likely that Assange and Snowden had been recruited as Tcheka spies before the whole leaks episode started. Perhaps Greenwald as well. I guess one could feel sorry for Manning, the poor ingénue that paid the price.
That would make sense out of the pattern of "leaks" - that show nothing but public employees trying their best to do their work under difficult circumstances - being used in an accusatory tone as if speaking with workers, businesspeople, and politicians proved a crime. Exactly the same procedure being used against Hillary. The kind of accusation that would go well in deeply cynical societies such as imperial Russia. Or in disenfranchised sectors of a modern democracy - such as US conservatives who have been duped by the Republicans for decades and now decided to retake the party in the worst possible direction.
It would also fit with Greenglass (yes, I know, do you?) making a sudden move from a reputable news organization to a fly by night run by a shady billionaire. I have no clue about Omidyar's motivations. Let us just agree that he's no Warren Buffett. I know this is a cynical and paranoid theory. Only the paranoid survive.
